GeoNavigator is more than a tool—it’s an ongoing collaboration. As geospatial technologies, research methods, and user needs evolve, this site will continue to grow through the contributions and expertise of the University of California community.
What Helped Make This Possible
This tool was built through a collaborative effort among librarians and GIS specialists from across the UC campuses. Through surveys, discussions, and community engagement, we worked to better understand the needs of GIS users and create a centralized space that makes geospatial resources easier to discover, access, and share. The creation of this tool would not have been possible without a research grant from the Librarians Association of the University of California (LAUC).
